Every top up has a Value Added Tax included in an amount depending on the country where the top up is going to. In a very rare cases of some operators, TAX is deducted from recharge amount on a mobile's account and not included in top up amount - in such cases the recipients are informed about this by their operator.
Yes. Once the transaction is successful you will receive confirmation:
- On screen.
- To your email.
- To your TopUp History tab.
- The recipient receives a text message confirming the top up
